Fleet Ph Mobile: Adding Jobs

Is there a way that I can also add jobs in the Fleet Ph Mobile App?

Creating a Job Post

Just like the Fleet Ph Web App, you could also Create a Job under your Settings menu.

1.      Make sure that the Receive Job Toggle is On (Assigned Tab).
2.      Click the Hamburger icon to view your Settings menu.



3.      Click Add New Job.



4.      Select the Store where you want to Add the Job into.



5.      Fill-out the necessary details:
            a. Reference No. - Driver can edit the Reference Number provided by the system.
            b. Customer Name
            c. Address
            d. Province
            e. City
            f. Barangay
            g. COD Amount
            h. Expected Delivery Date and Time (Today & Tomorrow)

6.      Click Next.



7.      Check the Summary details in the Confirm Job section.
8.      Once Done, click Save.



View in Web App's "Pending Jobs" page

This part provides a brief overview on how the created job post in Mobile will appear in your Fleet Ph Web account (Pending Jobs page).

Updating a Job Post (Pending Jobs)

User/s in the Fleet Ph Web App could also update the job post created in Mobile. Just click the Job Post tagged as "Mobile" then click "Update Job" .


Clicking Update Job upon selecting the Job Post created in Mobile.



Note: For Fleet Ph Web Users, they could follow the same process in creating a job post, in updating job post/s created via Mobile here.

Updating a Job Post

1.      Click the Pencil icon at the job post summary in the Confirm Job section.



2.      Make the necessary changes.
3.      Click Next.



4.      Once done, click Save.
