How do I easily view my jobs in a month?

Homepage View: Calendar View
This module is a guide for when Fleet Web Users would want to easily view their Overdue/Pending Jobs for the month. Adding Regular or Advance Jobs can also be done here.

Access Calendar View

To go to the Calendar View:
1.      Make sure that you are in the Pending Jobs page of the Fleet Web account.
2.      Click the Calendar icon.

"View Months" Buttons

The following are different buttons to help Users view the Current, Previous, or Next Months:
a.      Today - Default calendar view. Directs the User to the current month and day.

b.      Previous - Directs the User to the month/s before the current month.

c.      Next - Directs the User to the next month/s.

View Overdue or Advance Jobs

View Overdue Jobs

View Overdue Jobs by clicking the Overdue label in a particular day. Once clicked, User will automatically be redirected to the job/s.

Note: The number inside the label indicates the number of Overdue jobs.

View Pending Jobs

View Pending Jobs by clicking the Pending label in a particular day. Once clicked, User will automatically be redirected to the job/s.

Add Regular or Advance Jobs

Add Regular Jobs

To Add a Regular Job in the Calendar View:
1.      Click Add New Job in the current day.
Note: The current date will always be a dark/highlighted box.

2.      User is redirected to the Add New Job (Step 1), adding a Regular Job (job type).
3.      The Date and Time of Creation & Completion when adding a Regular Job looks like this:

Add Advance Jobs

To Add a Advance Job in the Calendar View:
1.      Click the Add New Job on the box of an advance date.
Note: Advance dates are the light colored/not highlighted boxes.

2.      User is redirected to the Add New Job (Step 1), adding an Advance Job (job type).
3.      The Date and Time of Creation & Completion when adding an Advance Job looks like this:

Note: Users CANNOT add jobs in previous dates.
