Fleet Ph Mobile: Changing Job Status

How does the job status change when my Driver updates their job via the Mobile App?

Changing a Job Status
This section will give you an overview on how your Driver can change their job's status thru their Fleet Ph Mobile App and also how it would appear in the Fleet Ph Web View.

Grabbing a Job

1.      In the Open tab, click the Ellipsis button of the job to be Grabbed.

Note: Its status in the Fleet Ph Web App will be "Open".



2.      Click Grab.



3.      The grabbed job will now move to the Assigned tab.



Note: Its status in the Fleet Ph Web App will now be "Assigned".



Accepting a Job

Once a Job has been Assigned to a Driver, they could now Accept the job/s.

1.     Click the Ellipsis button of the Assigned job that your Driver would want to Accept.



2.     Click Accept.



Note: Its  status in the Fleet Ph Web App will now be "Accepted".



Rejecting a Job

Once a job has been Assigned to your Driver, they could also Reject them if an unforeseen circumstance happened during their delivery operation.

1.      In the Assigned tab, select the job to be Rejected.



2.      The Job Details section will appear. Click the Ellipsis button.
3.      Click Reject Job.


4.      Select the Reject Reason in the Reject Delivery section.



5.      Click Yes.



Note: Its status in the Fleet Ph Web App will now be "Open", and the selected Reject Reason will appear as a Tag. Reject Reasons that your Drivers could choose from can be configured by the Fleet Ph Admin in the Fleet Ph Web App Reject Configuration Settings.


Starting a Job

Another action that your Drivers can do in the Fleet Ph Mobile App that can affect their job's status is Starting a Job. To Start a Job they should:

1.      Click the Ellipsis button of an Accepted job in the Assigned tab.



2.      Click Start.



3.      Click Yes to use a navigational app. This will only be applicable if your Drivers installed navigational apps like Google Maps or Waze in their phone.



Note: Its job icon color status will now change to Green. Meanwhile, in the Fleet Ph Web App, its status will now be "In Transit".

Completing a Job

Another action that your Drivers can do in the Fleet Ph Mobile App that can affect their job's status is Completing a Job. To Complete a Job they should:

1.      Click the Ellipsis button of an In Transit job in the Assigned tab.



2.      Click I'm Here.



Note: Its job icon color status in Mobile will now change to Brown. Meanwhile, in the Fleet Ph Web App, its status will now change to "Arrived".

3.      Once the Driver arrived, they should click the Ellipsis button of the "Arrived" job to Complete it.



4.      Click Done.



Note: If there are no Job Completion Requirements set-up in the Fleet Ph Web App, the job will already be completed. Otherwise, the Driver should complete the Job Completion tasks first, then click Finish.


Note: Once the job has been Completed, it will now move to the Done tab in the Fleet Ph Mobile App and will now be synced to the system. Its status in the Fleet Ph Web App will now be "Done".

Note: Once the job has been completely synced, it will now reflect in the Jobs Done section in Reports in the Admin's Fleet Ph Web Account.
