Service Level, Completion Period, & Driver's Performance: Data Scopes & Exceptions

Service Level

Info
The percentage of jobs completed within the expected time frame.

Data Scope

1.      Total jobs assigned within the specific time frame.
2.      Number of jobs completed on time.
3.      Jobs completed but delayed, or not completed.

Data Exceptions

1.      Jobs marked as cancelled, rejected, or Returned To Sender (RTS) are excluded from the calculation.
2.      Jobs that are manually overridden.

Completion Period

Info
The time frame selected for analyzing the completion of jobs.

Data Scope

1.      Start and end dates for the chosen period.
2.      Job data filtered by the following:
            a. Status
            b. Expected completion time
            c. Assigned within minutes
            d. Accepted within minutes
            e. Started within minutes
            f. In-transit within minutes
            g. Received within minutes
            h. Assigned driver

Data Exceptions

1.      Jobs outside the specified period are not included.
2.      Delayed jobs carried over from a previous date.

Driver's Performance

Info
An evaluation of individual driver efficiency based on completed jobs and average completion time in minutes.

Data Scope

1.      Total jobs assigned to each driver.
2.      The average time taken per job.

Data Exceptions

1.      Jobs reassigned to other drivers are excluded from the original driver's performance data.
