App Settings: Custom Fields

This module is a guide for Fleet PH Web Users to add custom fields feature to get more job information details suited for their Business' needs.

Add Custom Fields
To Add a New Custom Field:
1. Click Settings.
2. Click App Settings.

Note: The Custom Fields section is located here.
3. Click Add.

Note: If there is already an existing Custom Field, the Add button will change to Edit.
4. Fill-out the necessary fields:
a. Field Type - Choose between Text Field or Text Area.
b. Field Name
c. Key - Refers to the code to be entered if a field will be deleted.
d. Placeholder
e. Sample Value - Refers to the sample format of the particular field. This will also appear in the Import Template.
f. Field Required - Select if the customized field is required.
5. Click Add New Field.
6. Click Confirm.

Note: The Custom Field would be visible in the Job Information page when Adding a New Job in the Pending Jobs page.
Update a Custom Field
To Edit an Existing Custom Field:
1. Click the Pencil icon of the custom field.
2. Make the necessary changes.
3. Click Update Field.
4. Click Confirm.
Remove a Custom Field
To Delete an Existing Custom Field:
1. Click the Trash icon of the custom field.
2. Type the Key of the Custom Field to be deleted.
3. Click Confirm.
