How do I setup trigger notifications sent to my customers?
Customer Notification Trigger
This module is a guide on how to setup the customer notifications regarding the delivery status, either through SMS or Email.

Add a Customer Notification Trigger
Customer Notification via SMS
To Add a New SMS Customer Notification Trigger:
1. Click Settings.
2. Click Triggers.
3. Click Add New Trigger.
4. Fill-out the necessary fields:
a. Trigger Type - "Customer Notification Triger" is the Default Trigger Type.
b. Trigger Title
c. Notify Upon - Choose the job status when the notification will be sent to your customer.
d.Notify By(SMS or Email) - SMS is the default notification method.
Note: The customer notification trigger setup formats for SMS and Email will differ.
e.Tags - Choose a tag or add a new tag. The notification will be sent to jobsunder a specific trigger tag.
f.Field and Token - Choose a job detail under the Field dropdown to appear in the notification message.
Note: Its corresponding Token will appear in the Token field.
g.Message - The notification's message body.
5. Click Add.
Customer Notification via Email
To Add a New Email Customer Notification Trigger:
6. After the Field and Token section, fill-out the necessary information before the Message section (TO, CC, and BCC).
7. Type a Subject for the Email notification.
8. Type the Message body.
9. Click Add.
Update a Customer Notification Trigger
To Edit an Existing Customer Notification Trigger:
1. Click the Pencil icon under the Action column of the Customer Notification Trigger.
2. Make the necessary changes.
3. Click Save.
Remove a Customer Notification Trigger
To Delete an Existing Customer Notification Trigger:
1. Click the Trash icon under the Action column of the Customer Notification Trigger.
2. Click Confirm.
Activate/Deactivate a Customer Notification Trigger
To Activate/Deactivate an Existing Customer Notification Trigger:
Click the Toggle button under the Active column of the Customer Notification Trigger to be Activated/Deactivated.
Arrange the Trigger Order
To Arrange the Order of your Existing Customer Notification Triggers:
Clicking and dragging the List button located beside the Toggle button.
Note: Triggers only with the SAME Notify Upon statuses can only be rearranged. The Rearrange button will only be useful if there are 2 or more Triggers with the same Notify Upon statuses.
