This module is a guide on how to create Group Routes to assign multiple jobs and arrange your Fleet driver's routes, so they can gain visibility of their next route/deliveries for the day.
Create Group Routes
To Create a Group Route in your Fleet Web Account:
1.Click Filters in your Pending Jobs page.
2. Click the Hub Filter, then choose your preferred
hub.
3. Click the Ellipsis button, then click Multiple Action.
4. The different Multiple Action buttons will appear. For this section, the Plot Route action button will be used.
5. Click the jobs that would be included in the Group Route.
6. Click the Plot
Route button. This will be only applicable to "Open" job posts with Pinned Location (when
pin icon is in red).
7. Click Yes.
The system will now calculate the route in the Route Planning section.
8. Enter a Route
Title.
9. Click Next.

Rearranging your Job Posts
To Reorder the Routes in the Group Route:
10. To arrange the order of your job posts in the
group route, just click and drag the
particular job post.
Removing the Hub as Endpoint
To Remove a Hub as Endpoint:
11. If you want to Remove a Hub as the Endpoint, just click the “x” button beside the
endpoint hub.
Adding a Hub as Endpoint
To Add a Hub as Endpoint:
12. If you want to Add again the Hub, just click the Add Hub as Endpoint button.
Note: Click the Calculate Route button if you have made
any changes to your Route Details,
before clicking Next.
13. Assign a Driver.
14. Click Save.
15. You will be redirected to the Group Routes section, with the recently created group route. The order of the jobs under
the group route will be seen on the Fleet Mobile app of the assigned driver
under the Assigned Tab on the By Route view.
Note: The job posts in the Group
Routes section will disappear once the driver completed the jobs.
Note: Once you are in the Group Routes page, you can also view the Number Sequence of the Job Posts in a particular Group Route under the Sequence column.
Updating a Group Route
To Update an Existing Group Route:
16.In the Group
Routes section, click the Ellipsis button.
17.Click Edit.
18. Make the necessary changes,
click Calculate Route, then click Next.
19. Assign a driver again.
20.Click Save.
Removing a Group Route
To Remove and Existing Group Route:
21.Click the Hover button.
22.Click Delete.
23.Click Yes.
