How do I connect the job's status updates in my Fleet account to my connected third-party app?

HTTP Post Trigger
This module is a guide on how to connect your job's status updates from your Fleet PH Web Account to your connected Third-Party App.

Add an HTTP Post Trigger

To Add a New HTTP Post Trigger:
1.      Click Settings.
2.      Click Triggers.

3.      Click Add New Trigger.

4.      Select the Trigger Type dropdown. Customer Notification Trigger is the default Trigger Type.

5.      Click HTTP POST.

6.      Fill-out the necessary fields:
            a. Trigger Upon – Choose the job status when the trigger will execute.
            b. Title (required) – Your HTTP Post's Title.
            c. Tag – Choose a tag or add a new tag.
            d. Field and TokenChoose a job detail under the Field dropdown to appear in the Body.
Note: Its corresponding Token will appear in the Token field.
            e. URL (required) – Place here the endpoint URL.
            f. Body – Place here the request Body.

6.      Click Add.

Update an HTTP Post Trigger

To Edit an Existing HTTP Post Trigger:
1.      Click the Pencil icon under the Actions column of the HTTP Post Trigger to be edited.

2.      Make the necessary changes.
3.      Click Save.

Remove an HTTP Post Trigger

To Delete an Existing HTTP Post Trigger:
1.      Click the Trash icon under the Actions column of the HTTP Post Trigger to be deleted.

2.      Click Confirm.

Activate/Deactivate an HTTP Post Trigger

To Activate/Deactivate an Existing HTTP Post Trigger:
Click the Toggle button under the Active column of the HTTP Post Trigger to be Activated/Deactivated.


Arrange the HTTP Post Trigger Order

To Arrange the Order of the Existing HTTP Post Triggers:
Click and drag the List button located beside the Toggle button.

Note: Triggers only with the SAME Trigger Upon statuses can only be rearranged. The Rearrange button will only be useful if there are 2 or more Triggers with the same Trigger Upon statuses.
