Import File Template Downloading Guidelines

Guidelines for Downloading Import File Template

Before downloading the Import File template in your Fleet PH Web account, the guidelines modal will appear. The following guidelines are:

1.      Make sure your file is in XLS, XLSX or CSV format.
2.      Columns with GREEN font are required.
3.      Filling out of Latitude and Longitude comes in pairs. If you only input Latitude or Longitude, the data will not be created.
4.      Every sender column shall be completely filled out. Incomplete details will result to an error and the data will not be created. You have the option not to fill it out at all and the import will still proceed.
5.      All columns in BLACK font are optional.
6.      For Partial and Failed Imports, please refer to the import history and download the error file attached for the list of jobs not created.
