What can I do when I select Multiple Jobs in the Fleet Ph Mobile App?

Applying Action on Multiple Jobs

This module will introduce you on how your Drivers could select multiple jobs assigned to them or if they wanted to grab multiple jobs assigned to their Hub.

Accept/Start Multiple Jobs (Assigned Tab)

If there are multiple jobs assigned to your Driver, they could Accept or Start the jobs all at once by:

1.      Click the Job icon of the jobs they want to Accept.

2.      Click Accept.

Note: Once your Driver clicked Accept in their Fleet Ph Mobile App, the jobs' status in your Fleet Ph Web Account will now change to "Accepted".

3.      To Start multiple jobs at once, just repeat Step 1 then click Start.

Note: Once your Driver clicked Start in their Fleet Ph Mobile App, the jobs' status in your Fleet Ph Web Account will now change to "Ongoing".

Grab Multiple Jobs (Open tab)

In this section, Drivers could grab multiple Open jobs in their Open tab, that are assigned to their Hub.

1.      In your Driver's Open tab, they can view list of Jobs assigned to their Hub and is available for Grabbing.

2.      Select the Job Icon of jobs that they want to Grab.

3.      Click Grab.

4.      Grabbed jobs will now be transferred to your Driver's Assigned tab.
