What actions can I do for multiple selected jobs?
Multiple Action Buttons
This module is a guide on what actions can be applied on multiple selected jobs in the Pending Jobs Page (e.g., plot routes, add tags, assign a driver, transfer jobs, or cancel multiple jobs).View "Multiple Action" Buttons
To View the Multiple Action Buttons:
1. Click Filters (Pending Jobs).
2. Choose a Hub (Hub Filter).
3. Click the Ellipsis
button, then select Multiple Action.
4. The different
action buttons that can be used for Multiple Action will appear:
a. Plot Route – Plan a group route for
easier navigation for your Drivers. Applicable for Open job posts with pinned
locations.
b. Assign Driver
c. Add Tags
d. Transfer Jobs
e. Cancel Jobs
Job Status Filter
Select Job Status
To easily view jobs based on their status:
1. Click the down arrow located at the left side of the multiple action buttons.
2. Choose one or more job status.
a. Open – Will filter jobs with Open status.
b. Assigned – Will filter jobs with Assigned status.
c. Transferred to 3PL – Will filter jobs with Transferred to 3PL status.
d. Re Open – Will filter jobs with Re Open status.
3. Click Apply.
Deselect Job Status
To remove the job status filter:
1. Click Deselect
All to deselect job posts.
2. Click Apply.
