How do I add return reasons that my drivers can choose from the Fleet Mobile app when returning parcels?

Return Configuration
This module is a guide on how you can configure/add Return Reason/s that your drivers could choose from in their Fleet PH Mobile App if they would want to return a certain order.

Add a Return Configuration

To Add a New Return Configuration:
1.      Click Settings.
2.      Click Return Configuration.

3.      Click Add New Return Configuration.

4.      Enter the necessary details:
            a. TagsEnter/add a new Tag for this Reason.
Note: The Tag will also appear in the Pending Jobs page (Tags column) when the Driver will choose this particular reason in their Fleet Ph Mobile App.
            b. Reason (required) – Type the Reason for Return. This will appear in the Mobile App as a Reason for Return.

            c. Count as Failed Delivery – If clicked, the system will count how many times the driver has returned the order.

5.      Click Add.

Update a Return Configuration

To Edit an Existing Return Configuration:
1.      Click the Pencil icon under the Action column of the reason.

2.      Make the necessary changes.
3.      Click Save.

Remove a Return Configuration

To Delete an Existing Return Configuration:
1.      Click the Trash icon under the Action column of the reason.

2.    Click Confirm.

Activate/Deactivate a Return Configuration

To Activate/Deactivate an Existing Return Configuration:
Click the Toggle button under the Active column of the Return Reason.


Arrange Return Configuration Order

To Arrange the Order of the Existing Return Configurations:
Click and drag the List button beside the Toggle button of the reason.
Note: The change in their order will also reflect in the Fleet PH Mobile App.

Confirm Return Toggle

If activated, the Web User needs to Confirm first all 'For Return' jobs before turning the job to a Re-Open status.
