How can my Drivers Return Multiple Job Posts assigned to them?

Return Multiple Jobs

This section will show how your Drivers can Return Jobs assigned to them.

Return Multiple Jobs (Assigned Tab)

1.      Click the Job Icons of the jobs that you want to Return.

2.      Click the Hover button.

3.      Click Return Job.

4.      Select the Return Reason in the Return Delivery section.

Note: Return Reasons that your Drivers could choose from can be configurated in the Return Configuration Settings in the Fleet Ph Web Account of the Fleet Ph User/Admin.

5.      Click Yes.

Returned Job (Open Tab)

6.      Returned jobs will now go back to the Open tab of their Fleet Ph Mobile App.

Note: Returned Job/s will appear like this in the Fleet Ph Web App once Returned by the Driver thru their Mobile App, with the "Re-Open" Job Status. Also note that the Yellow icon (see image below) will be visible once a selected Return Reason is "Count as Failed Delivery" in the Fleet Ph Admin/User's Web Account (see: Return Configuration Settings).
