How do I transfer job posts to Deliveries PH?

Transfer Jobs: Deliveries PH
Other than Assigning and Importing Jobs, you could also Transfer Jobs to Deliveries PH. This could help you to get extra help to a wide network of Partner Providers in Deliveries PH to accommodate your extra jobs.

Transfer Job to Deliveries PH

To Transfer a Job from your Fleet PH Web account to Deliveries PH:
1.      Select a job you would want to post to Deliveries PH.
Note: Only jobs with “Open” and “Assigned” status can be transferred.
2.      Click Transfer Job.



3.      In the "Transfer to" dropdown, click Post to Deliveries PH.



4.      Click Transfer.



5.      Click Yes. You will now be automatically redirected to the Add New Post section in Deliveries PH.



Adding the Transferred Job to Deliveries PH

To Add the Transferred Job to Deliveries PH:
1.      Choose a Schedule Post (On-Demand or Scheduled).
2.      Click Next Step.



3.      The Pickup Details will be automatically filled-out based on the details that you entered in the job post in your Fleet Ph Web app.
4.      Enter other required fields in the Customer and Location Details.
5.      Click Next Step.



6.      In the Delivery Details, make sure that your Delivery Date and Time is adjusted.
7.      Click Next Step.



8.      Choose a courier in the Select Courier section.
9.      Click Next Step.



Note: Enter the required field/s in the Additional Details section, if there is/are, then click Next Step. If none, you will be redirected to the Summary section.

10.      Check the Summary details.
11.      Click Save.



Note: Your transferred job post will now be visible in the My Post section of your Deliveries PH account.

Note: Once the post has been successfully transferred in Deliveries PH, the job status of the transferred job in your Fleet Web app will change to “Posted to Deliveries PH”.
