Upload POD by Admin

Know how Admins of a Fleet Web account can Upload (or Download) POD Attachment/s, and how
to view, upload, or download POD Attachment/s in the Reports section of your Fleet Web
account.

1. Click Settings.
2. Click User Management.
3. Click Add New User.
4. At
the Role section, choose Admin.
5. The Upload/Download POD Attachment permission should appear.
6. Click Upload/Download POD Attachment.

Note: Enter the rest of the required details in the Create New User modal.
7. Click Add User.
Allow Existing Admin to Upload/Download POD Attachment
1. Click Settings.
2. Click User Management.
3. Locate
the Admin you would want to update permission at.
4. Locate
the Actions column.
5. Click
the Edit icon.
6. Click
the Upload/Download POD Attachment permission in the Update
User modal.
7. Click Save.
Upload POD Attachment
1. Click
the Reports icon on the sidebar.
2. Locate
the job you want to upload an attachment to, in the Jobs
Done page.
3. Locate
the Attachments column.
4. Click
the Attachment icon.
5. Click Upload.

Tip: Maximum file size for attachments should be 5MB. File types accepted are: jpg, jpeg, and png.
6. Click Open.

Note: Information such as date and time of uploading, and user who uploaded
the attachment can be seen.

Note: Multiple
images can be uploaded at the same time.Delete POD Attachment
1. Click
the Reports icon on the sidebar.
2. Locate
the job you want to delete an attachment to, in the Jobs
Done page.
3. Locate
the Attachments column.
4. Click
the Attachment icon.
5. Click
the attachment/s you would want to delete.

Note: If
removing ALL attachments, click the Select All button.6. Click Delete.

Note: A
user CANNOT DELETE an attachment that another user has uploaded.
Download POD Attachment
1. Click
the Reports icon on the sidebar.
2. Locate
the job you want to download the attachment/s at, in the Jobs
Done page.
3. Locate
the Attachments column.
4. Click
the Attachment icon.
5. Click
the attachment/s you would want to download.

Note: If
downloading ALL attachments, click the Select All button.6. Click Download.

Note: The
file/s will be downloaded as a zip file.
