The Drafts feature in your Fleet Web account will allow you to create job drafts before finalizing it for your Pending Jobs page.
Drafts: Filters
To View the Filters in the Drafts section:
1. Click the Drafts icon on your sidebar.
2. There are different action buttons in the Job
Drafts section:
a. Create New Draft – select this to add a new
draft for your job post.
b. Import – select this if you would
want to import a job post as draft.
c. Filters – you can filter your
draft posts through the Search Bar, Column filter, and Date filter.

Creating a New Draft
To Create a New Draft:
1. Click Create New Draft.
2. Choose the job
type (Regular or Advance; know more about job types here).
3. Enter required
details which are labeled in red.
You could also add optional details in the Customer, Job, and Location Details.
You could also add custom Tags.
Note: If there is/are existing profiles in your Autofill Details section, you can use it to input details easily, or the Use Last Profile button. Know more about the Autofill/Use Last Profile features here.
4. Click Next
Step.
5. Check your pinned
address in the Locate Address section.
Note: The pinned address could
also be adjusted by clicking your preferred address/location on the map. By
doing this, your previously pinned location will also change.
6. Click Next
Step.
7.Enter pricing
details in the Cash On Delivery
Details section.
Note: If the delivery is COD, click the Cash On Delivery option and enter the COD amount.
8. Click Next
Step.
9.Check the Summary in the Confirm Draft section.
10. Click Save
Draft.
Note: The Job Draft will now be
visible on the Job Drafts page, with an “Open” status.

Finalizing a Draft Post
To Finalize the Draft Post:
1. Click the job draft to be Finalized.
2.Click Finalize.
3.Check the following job details
again (Customer Information, Locate Address, Cash On Delivery Details).
4.In the final step (Cash On Delivery Details
section), click Update and
Finalize Draft.
5.Click Confirm.
Note: The job draft will now be
transferred to the Pending Jobs page.

Discarding a Job Draft
To Discard the Job Draft:
1. Select the job draft.
2.Click Discard.
3.Click Yes.
