How do I prevent my driver from gaining access to their Fleet account?

Driver Management: Driver Flagging
This module is a guide for the Driver Flagging feature which allows the User to 'Flag' a driver and be notified when a driver with the same details as the 'Flagged' driver is being created.

Moving forward, Drivers should now have a License No. in their Driver Profile to be able to Deactivate and Flag them. To Update a Driver's Profile, click here.

Deactivation

Active Tab

To Deactivate a Driver before Flagging them:
1.      Click Settings.
2.      Click Driver Management.

3.      Click the Deactivate button under the Actions column (Active tab).

Note: User can now use the Search Bar to easily find a driver. This is useful for Users that are deploying several drivers daily.

4.      A modal will appear with the following buttons:
            a. Deactivate - Driver will be transferred to the Deactivated tab and is automatically logged out of the FleetMobile App.
            b. Deactivate and Flag - Driver will be deactivated and transferred to the Flagged tab.
            c. Cancel - Cancels the driver deactivation or flagging.

5.      Click Deactivate.

6.      The driver will now be transferred to the Deactivated tab and can now be Flagged there.

Deactivated Tab

To Flag a Driver from the Deactivated tab:
7.      Click the Deactivated tab.
8.      Click the Flag icon under the Actions column.

9.      Enter the Remarks for Flagging the driver.
10.      Click Proceed.

11.      Click Confirm.

Note: Once the User deactivated or flagged a driver, all the driver's jobs will now be unassigned.

Deactivate and Flag

Active Tab

To Flag a Driver directly from the Active tab:
1.      Click Settings.
2.      Click Driver Management.

Note: User can use the Search Bar to quickly find the driver to be Flagged.

3.      Click the Deactivate button under the Actions column.



4.      Click Deactivate and Flag.



5.      Enter the Remarks for Flagging.
6.      Click Proceed. The Flagged driver will now be transferred to the Flagged tab.


Unflag Driver (Flagged tab)

To Unflag a Driver from the Flagged tab:
1.      Click Settings.
2.      Click Driver Management.

3.      Click the Flagged tab.
4.      Click the Unflag icon under the Actions column.

Note: Users can also use the Search Bar to easily find the Driver to be Unflagged.

5.      A modal will appear with the following buttons:
            a. Unflag - Driver will be transferred to the Deactivated tab.
            b. Unflag and Activate - Driver will be transferred to the Active tab.
            c. Cancel - Will cancel the driver unflagging.

6.      Enter the Remarks for Unflagging the driver.
7.      Click Proceed.
