Import Drafts | Drafts

Besides manually encoding drafts, could I also import them?

Import Drafts
Other than Creating a New Draft in your Drafts section, you could also Import Drafts using the Regular or Bulk Import features in the Drafts section.

Importing Drafts (Regular Import)

To Import Drafts using Regular Import:
1.      Click the Drafts icon on your sidebar.
2.      Click Import.

3.      Click the Import Type dropdown.
4.      Click Regular Import.

Note: Take note that Regular Import could only import up to 500 jobs. If importing to more than 500 jobs, use the Bulk Import.

5.      Click Download Template.
6.      Open your Downloaded Import Template file.

7.      Once Import File is open, click Enable Editing.

8.      Change the format from General to Text.
9.      Fill-out the necessary details which are in Green columns:
            a. Customer Name
            b. Delivery By Date
            c. Mobile Number
            d. Complete Address
            e. City
            f. Province
            g. Sender City - Will be useful once a delivery will be returned to the Sender.

Note: You could also add other optional details like:
            a. Delivery By Time
            b. Customer Details (Phone Number, Email Address)
            c. Location Details (Barangay, Latitude, Longitude, Landmark)
             d. Job Details (Details, Remarks)
             e. Pricing Details (Declared Item Price, COD Amount)
             f. Parcel Details (Pouch Size, Weight, Measurement)
             g. Merchant Name
             h. Sender Details (Sender Name, Mobile Number, Phone Number, Email, Address, Barangay, Province)

10.      Click Save.
11.      Go back to the Import Draft modal, then click Choose File.

12.      Choose your Imported template file awhile ago.
13.      Click Open.

14.      Click Upload.

Note: You could also add or create Tags for jobs in your Imported Draft file through the Tags filter.

Note: These are the possible Upload Status that you may encounter upon Upload of your Import Draft template:
            a. Done
            b. Partial
            c. Error



If your Imported Draft file has a Failed or Partial Status, just click the redownload button under the Error column, open the downloaded file then recheck the details.


Importing Drafts (Bulk Import)

Importing through Bulk Import is the same process as importing through Regular Import. The only difference is that through Bulk Import, you can upload to a maximum of 10,000 jobs.
