Import File Template Update & Custom Fields

Import File Template automatically updates when a Custom Field is created or removed
This article aims to inform our Fleet PH web users that the Import File Template automatically updates when there are changes made to the Custom Field section in their account.

Import File Template Updates

When a CUSTOM FIELD is CREATED or REMOVED in your Fleet PH Web account, it also affects the format of your import file template.

Import Job Update

Know when an update has been applied to your import file template when:
1.      Go to the Import Jobs modal.
2.      The Notification (Bell) icon will have a red symbol when an update has been applied to the import file template.

Important Note: If you have an existing import file BEFORE the recent update, please download the latest version to avoid errors the next time you will import jobs to your Fleet PH web account.
