Import Jobs: Regular Import

Other than manually creating job posts, you can also Import Jobs in one go. There are two types of Importing Jobs in your Pending Jobs page: Regular Import and Bulk Import. For this module, Regular Import will be discussed.
Note: Regular Import is useful when importing up to 500 jobs.Add Job: Regular Import
To Import Jobs through Regular Import:
1. In your Pending Jobs page, click Import.
2. Click Import Type.
3. Choose Regular Import.
Note: There is also a tooltip telling the difference between the Regular Import and Bulk Import.
4. Click Download Template.

Note: If you have a previously downloaded Import template, we advise to update the Import Template if the Import Update Notification Icon has an alert to avoid error in uploading the import file.
5. Once the Import File has been downloaded, click the Downloaded Import File.
Updating Import File
Once the Import File has been opened:
6. Click Enable Editing.
7. Fill-out the necessary columns with Green labels:
a. Customer Name
b. Delivery By Date
c. Mobile Number
d. Complete Address
e. City
f. Province
8. Once done, click Save or CTRL + S.
Uploading Import File
To Upload your Import File:
9. Go back to your Fleet Web account.
10. In the Import Jobs modal, click Choose File.
11. Click your Import File.
12. Click Open.
Note: Before uploading, you can choose to add a Tag or Assign a Driver.13. Click Upload.

Note: These are the possible Status you may encounter once the Import File is uploaded:
a. Done - All jobs have been successfully imported.
b. Partial - Some jobs have an error uploading. Re-download the import file and make necessary changes.
c. Failed - All jobs have an error uploading. Re-download the import file and make necessary changes.
If your Import File has a Partial or Failed status, click the Download button under the Error column of that import file, open it, then recheck the details, then save and reupload it.
