How do I manage my business' vehicles in my Fleet Web account?

Vehicle Management

This article aims to inform Fleet Web users on how they can manage vehicles in the Fleet Web account. In here, Fleet Web users can have a view and organize their vehicles' details.

Add New Vehicle

1.      Click the Vehicle Management icon on the sidebar.

2.      Click Add New Vehicle.

3.      Fill-out the required fields:

          a. Select Vehicle Type - Vehicle types can be set upped in the Vehicle Type setting.

          b. Hub - Hubs to choose from can be set upped in the Hub Management setting.

          c. Vehicle Plate No.

Other optional fields include:

      a. Vehicle Brand

      b. Vehicle Model

      c. Vehicle Transmission

      d. Fuel Type

      e. Parking Location

      f. Registration Date

      g. Expiration Date

      h. Driver - Choose a main driver.

      i. Substitute Driver(s)

4.       Click Save.

Edit Existing Vehicle

1.      Click the Vehicle Management icon on the sidebar.

2.      Locate the vehicle you want to edit.

3.      Go to the Actions column.

4.      Click the Edit icon.

5.      Make the necessary changes.

6.      Click Save Changes.

Delete Existing Vehicle

1.      Click the Vehicle Management icon on the sidebar.

2.      Locate the vehicle you want to delete.

3.      Go to the Actions column.

4.      Click the Delete icon.

5.      Click Confirm. Otherwise, click Cancel.
