Can I create a transportation booking form that I can easily send to my customers?
Assets: Transportation Booking
The Transportation Booking Asset (Booking Form)feature in your Fleet Web Account helps you to setup a link/form that your Customers can fill-out when booking for a transportation so that you could receive them in real-time.
Creating a Transportation Asset
To Create a New Transportation Asset Booking Form:
1.Click the Assets icon on the sidebar.
2.Click New
Asset.
3.Click Transportation
Booking.
4.Click Proceed.
5. Fill-out the necessary details in
the New Asset section:
a. Select Hub - Choose your preferred Hub.
b. Requestor Name
c. Contact Number and Phone
No. (if available)
d. Tags
6.Click Create.

Adding Details to the Transportation Booking Form
To Enter Details in your Transportation Booking Form:
1. Click the Copy icon of the Transportation Form URL.
2. Paste then go to the Transportation Form URL in a new tab.
3.Enter other Required
Details(represented in red asterisk " * "):
a. Passenger Name
b. Project
c. Passenger Contact No.
d. Pickup Location
e. City
f. Pick-Up & Drop-off Date
and Time
4.Click Next.
5.Check the starting location for the transportation booking address.
6.Click Next.
7.Click Send.
It will now be transferred to the Drafts section of the Hub.
Viewing the Transportation Job Post in Drafts
To View the Created Transportation Job Post in the Drafts section:
1. Select the assigned Hub under the Hub Filter under the Filters
tab in your Pending Jobs page.
2.Click the Drafts icon on the sidebar.
3. Select the Transportation Booking
Job Post.
4.Click Finalize.
5.The information entered in the Transportation BookingForm will automatically be entered in the Draft Information section.
6.Click Next
Step.
7.Check the pinned address in the Locate Address section.
8.Click Next
Step.
9. Enter the pricing details in the Cash On Delivery Details section.
Note: If the parcel is Cash On Delivery (COD), click the Cash On Delivery option then enter the
COD amount.
10. Click Update and Finalize Draft.
11.Click Confirm.
Note: The transportation booking
job post will now be moved to the Pending
Jobs page of the assigned Hub.

Updating a Transportation Booking Asset
To Update an Existing Transportation Booking Asset:
1. Click Edit.
2. Make the necessary changes.
3.Click Update.
Removing a Transportation Booking Asset
To Remove an Existing Transportation Booking Asset:
1. Click Delete.
2. Click Confirm.
Viewing the Transportation Booking Job Post in Pending Jobs
To View the Transportation Booking Job Post in the Pending Jobs page after Finalizing:
1. Select the
assigned Hub in the Hub Filter under the Filters button in your Pending Jobs page.
2. Locate the Transportation Booking job post, then click Assign Driver to assign your driver.
3.Click AssignDriver.
Note: Once the Driver has completed the Transportation Booking, the job post will now be
transferred to the Report section.

Viewing the Transportation Booking in Reports
Once the Transportation Booking is Completed, it will now be in the Reports section. To view in the Reports section:
1. Click the Reports button on the sidebar.
2.Click the View
History icon of the Transportation Booking.
