How do I transfer job posts to my third-party logistics?

Transfer Jobs: Third-Party Logistics (3PLs)
Other than Assigning and Importing Jobs in your Fleet Web account, you could also Transfer Jobs to your Third-Party Logistics (3PLs). This could help you to get extra help or assign extra jobs to your Third-Party Logistics (3PL) to accommodate them.

Transfer Jobs to Third-Party Logistics (3PLs)

To Transfer Job Posts to your Third-Party Logistics/3PLs:
1.      Select a particular job you would want to transfer to your 3PL. Only jobs with “Open” and “Assigned” status can be transferred.



2.      Click Transfer Job.



3.      At the Transfer To dropdown, select Post to Third-Party Logistics (3PL).



4.      Click Transfer.



5.      Fill-out necessary details:
            a. Tracking Number
            b. Tracking URL
            c. Add Note
            d. Edit Tags
6.      Click Save.



Note: The job will now have the “Transferred to 3PL” status.


To "Done" the Transfer to 3PL

To Done the Transfer to 3PL:
1.      Click the job to be transferred.
2.      Click Done Transfer.



3.      Enter a note in the Add Note section.
4.      Click Save.



5.      Click Confirm.



Note: Once the job has been Done, it will have the “Done” status and will be removed from the Pending Jobs page.
