Other than Assigning and Importing Jobs to your Hub, you could also Transfer Jobs to Other Hubs if in case one of your hubs could not accommodate the delivery/could not fulfil it at that moment.
Transfer Job to Another Hub
To Transfer a Job to Another Hub:
1. Select a particular job that you
would want to Transfer to Another Hub. Only jobs with “Open” or “Assigned” status can be transferred.
2. Click Transfer
Job.
3.The Transfer
Job to Another Hub will be the default selection in your Transfer Job window
dropdown.
4.Click Transfer.
The Transfer to Hub modal will
appear.
5.Fill-out the necessary/required fields:
a. Hub(required) – Choose the Hub where to
transfer the job, in the dropdown.
b. Transfer Code(required) – Enter a transfer code
for this particular job transfer.
c. Add Note – Can add extra
details, if ever, for this job.
d. Tags – Create or add a tag for
the job transfer.
6.Click Transfer.
7.Click Confirm.
Note: The job to be transferred
will now have the “Pending Job Transfer” status.
Accepting and Receiving the
Transferred Job (Receiving Hub)
Once the Job has been Transferred, you can now View the Job at the Receiving Hub's Drafts Page, to View the Job in the Receiving Hub:
1.Select the Receiving Hub you have chosen to transfer the job awhile ago at the Hub Filter in your Pending Job's "Filters" tab.
Note: To view all of the Hubs, the user should have a
role as Admin. Otherwise, the User will only be able to view Hubs that were only assigned to them.
2. Click Drafts on the sidebar. The job to be transferred should appear.
Note: The job to be transferred
will have the “Pending for Receiving” status. This post status will only be
visible in the Receiving Hub’s Drafts.
3.Select the job.
4.Click Acknowledge to turn the job draft into an “Open” draft.
5.Click Confirm.
Note: The accepted job will now
have an “Open” status in the Drafts of the Receiving Hub.
6.Click Receive.
7.Click Confirm.
Note: The job post will now be transferred
to the Receiving Hub with an “Open” status in the Receiving Hub’s Pending Jobs page. Meanwhile in the Origin Hub, the job will have a “Transferred
to Another Hub” status and will be removed from their Pending Jobs
page. (See image below)
Rejecting a Job Transfer (Receiving Hub)
To Reject the Job Transfer as a Receiving Hub:
1.Select the job to be transferred.
2.Click Reject.
3.Enter the Reason.
4.Click Reject.
The job will now be removed from the Receiving Hub’s Drafts and will now
have a “For Transfer” status in the Pending Jobs page of the Origin
Hub.
Note: The job will now be removed from the Receiving Hub’s Drafts.
